The issues with streets within the City of Raleigh that are "DOT maintained" are quite a problem. I would like to think that City of Raleigh would be more aggressive in demanding that the DOT handle their share of the burden for the roads within the city that DOT ":claims" they are responsible for maintaining. For example, Blount st and Capital blvd are a disgrace to the COR!
