The city is no longer checking click-fox. You should go to the city webpage to "Report an Incident" and then they will see this. ("To submit any concerns going forward, please use our Report An Incident form: https://www.stpaul.gov/report-incident"
Too bad the city hasn't had the decency to check this forum for outstanding issues. Close it. The tree is still dead. But apparently reporting it here makes no difference.
